How does the the LmX system improve indoor air quality? When we extract soil from your carpet, we use limited moisture with safe, environmentally friendly products.  Indoor air quality is improved.  The soil extraction cleaning system works by extracting soil and contamination without the excess moisture that can contribute to the growth of biological contamination such as mould and mildew.

All cleaning systems leave a residue in the carpet after cleaning, many are gummy, sticky or waxy, which cling to the fibres and quickly attract soil.  Von Schrader detergents leave a minimal amount of crisp, brittle residue that does not attract soil and is easily vacuumed away when dry.  Von Schrader detergents prevent rapid resoiling.
